| "It is possible that chloride ion is often remained even in repaired RC beam due to chloride attack. The remaining chloride ion consequently can cause re-deterioration by formation of macro-cell corrosion. However, the threshold level of remaining chloride ion concentration in concrete relating to the macro-cell corrosion is not clarified. Therefore, in this study, the influence of the concentration level of remaining chloride ion in concrete on the corrosion current caused by the macro-cell corrosion was measured for the various cases of repaired RC beams. In addition, the effect of properties of repairing materials on the occurrence of macro-cell corrosion was experimentally investigated. Through these investigations, the threshold level of remaining chloride ion concentration, and the effect of repairing materials relating to the occurrence of macro-cell corrosion were clarified." |
