| 洪水到達時間が短い中小河川を対象とし、「短時間で計算可能な」、「安価」・「簡便」で「必要な精度」を有するリアルタイム水位予測システムの開発を進めている。R4年度までに、全国200河川のシステム構築とともに、技術マニュアルを作成中である。本報では、本システムの構築手法と課題を報告する。
We have been studying a real-time flood forecasting system for small and medium rivers in which floodwaters flow downstream in a short time, aiming to develop a low-cost system with a shorter calculation time and reasonably high accuracy. Our current task is to build an individual forecasting system for 200 rivers nationwide and prepare a technical instruction manual by the end of 2022. This report explains the method for creating a flood forecasting system for an individual river and the challenges arising in this project. |
