| This report summarizes the activities of the International Centre for Water Hazard and Risk Management (ICHARM) in fiscal year 2024. In FY2024, ICHARM has conducted end-to-end researches and local practice activities, capacity building activities such as doctoral and master’s programs, and information networking activities such as support for the “Platform on Water Resilience and Disasters” under the International Flood Initiative and the Typhoon Committee. In addition, ICHARM has attended lectures in Japan and overseas, as well as webinars for global practitioners, in order to spread ICHARM presence. |
