クリック型反応を用いて発光酸素センサー色素である白金ポルフィリン誘導体を高分子マトリクスに担持し、一液で調整可能なコーティング材料を開発した。各種高分子マトリクスに対して簡便に均質な色素導入が可能となり、色素の凝集が抑制され、空間分解能高い発光像が得られた。Luminescent platinum porphyrin derivative was clicked to polymer matrix for one-component oxygen sensor coating. Azide group substituted-polystyrene or -polyphenyleneoxide was examined for the matrix polymer. The platinum porphyrin acted as a luminescent probe which could be quenched with oxygen and sense the oxygen partial pressure. The porphyrin-polymer coating displayed strong red luminescence (the emission maximum at 650 nm), and its intensity significantly decreased with an increase in the oxygen partial pressure on the coating. Simplified and homogeneous introduction of sensor porphyrin dye to the polymer matrix resulted to the luminescence image with high-spatial resolution by inhibiting aggregation of the dye molecule. |
