Through the Frictional Stir Burnishing (FSB) process, hardened surface layer can be made but scratched marks, burrs, and depressions are also formed. In this study, FSB -processed hardened layer that was finished by face milling and the effects of tool rake angles and tool edge radius to the finished surfaces are discussed. |
