| Field survey has been carried out focusing on initial responses of evacuation, floodcontrol, rescue operations, and restoration supports of the 2015 Kinu River flood. As a result,factors that have influence on flood front determination are identified. Formation of the flood fronts have been influenced by geological features such as lakes, old rivers and canals as well as by operation of water gates and drainage pumping stations. Through this survey, wholepicture of the human activities has been clarified. Additionally, the amount of efforts which isnecessary for the recovery activities are quantitatively indicated. |
